What does CannyPos cost?
Pricing depends on how many branches and tills you run and whether you want an online store built. Every quote includes the setup, loading your catalogue and training your staff, so there is no separate implementation fee waiting for you.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Getting your shop onto the system is part of what you pay monthly. We load your products, create your branches and tills, and sit with your staff until they are comfortable.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. The subscription is monthly. If you leave, your data leaves with you: every report exports to Excel or PDF, and we will give you a full export of your sales, products and customers on request.
What hardware do I need to buy?
An Android tablet or phone for each till, and the card machine we integrate with. A receipt printer, barcode scanner and a customer-facing second screen are optional and can be added later.
Do you charge per user?
No. Add as many cashiers as you need. Staff sign in with a PIN on the till, and owners can create extra logins for the console without another line on the invoice.
