    Will my account be shut down for selling cannabis?

    No. CannyPos was built for this industry deliberately. We do not freeze, hold or terminate accounts because of what you legally sell, and you will never have to explain your product list to a risk department that has already made up its mind.

    Does it keep working when the internet goes down?

    Yes. The till holds your catalogue and customers on the device, so it keeps trading with no connection at all. Sales queue locally and sync the moment the line returns, and the cashier sees a quiet note rather than an error.

    Can I run more than one branch?

    Yes. Stock, staff and takings are tracked separately per branch while the owner sees the whole picture from one dashboard. You can give a branch manager a login that only ever shows their own store.
