Online store

We build your cannabis online store.

A storefront of your own, made for a licensed cannabis retailer in South Africa, running off the same catalogue, prices and stock as your shop. Online payments come with it.

  • One catalogue, shared with the shop till
  • One stock pool, so the website cannot oversell
  • Collect in store or deliver, on your rules
  • Online payments set up as part of the build

This is a build, not a switch

There is no button in your account that turns a website on. The online store is something we build with you: your brand, your catalogue, your delivery areas, your collection times. You tell us how you want to sell, we set it up, connect the payments and hand it over working.

So this page is not a feature you enable. It is a conversation to start, and then a store that behaves like part of your shop instead of a separate business you have to feed by hand.

One catalogue

The website sells what is actually on the shelf.

Your store runs off the same products, the same prices and the same stock as the counter. There is no export, no nightly upload, and no second spreadsheet to keep honest at eleven at night.

When the last of something is sold in the shop, the quantity online drops with it. When an order comes in from the website, the shelf count moves the same way. Stock is held per branch, so the store draws on the branch that is actually going to fulfil the order.

It is the same catalogue the till uses at the counter, not a copy of it, so a price change in the console shows up in both places.

Drag across. Same products, same prices, same stock — two screens.

How it behaves

One shop, two front doors

A customer who buys from you online should get the same shop they get in person: the same prices, the same club, the same stock room behind it.

Prices that follow the till

Set a price once. The counter and the website quote the same number, VAT included, so nobody argues at the door about what they saw online.

Collect or deliver

Let customers collect from the shop or have an order delivered, with the areas, cut-off times and rules you decide on. The order lands with the branch fulfilling it.

Member pricing online

Your regulars keep their tier and their benefits when they order from the website. One membership, one points balance, no second sign-up.

Getting paid

Online payments included, with no risk department watching you.

The thing that stops most cannabis retailers selling online is not the website. It is the payment provider that reads the product list three weeks after launch and takes the account away.

We built for this industry deliberately. Your online payments sit with the same people who handle your counter, and nobody here is going to switch you off over what you legally sell.

Payments are part of the build

Online payments are set up and tested before you go live, alongside the card machine already integrated in the shop.

One view of the money

Counter takings and online takings sit in the same reports, so the day-end is one number and not a reconciliation exercise.

Nobody is going to cut you off

We do not freeze, hold or terminate accounts because of what a licensed retailer legally sells. That is the whole reason this company exists.

How we build it

You describe the shop. We do the rest.

Nothing here is self-service, and that is on purpose. Selling cannabis online in South Africa has more moving parts than a template can carry, so we scope it with you before anything is built.

That conversation covers which products go online at all, and how you want the checks handled. The age and identity checks the till enforces at the counter are part of it.

We talk about how you sell

Collection or delivery, which areas, which cut-off times, which products belong online and which stay behind the counter.

We build the storefront

Your brand and your catalogue, on your own domain, drawing on the branch stock you nominate.

We connect the payments

Online payments set up and tested, next to the card machine already running in the shop.

You go live, we stay reachable

Orders land, stock moves, and online takings turn up in the same reports as the counter.

Questions

Before you ask us to build one

Can I switch the online store on myself?

No, and we would rather be straight about that. The online store is something we build for you: your brand, your catalogue, your delivery and collection rules. You tell us how you want to sell, we set it up, connect the payments and hand it over working.

Will the website sell stock the shop has already sold?

No. The store and the till draw on the same stock pool for that branch. When the last of something leaves the shelf at the counter, the quantity online drops with it, and an order placed online moves the shelf count the same way.

Do my members get their pricing online?

Yes. The same membership, the same tier and the same benefits apply whether the customer walks in or orders from the website. There is no second account to sign up for and no separate points balance to reconcile.

Can I take payments online without being cut off?

Online payments are part of what we build, alongside the card machine already integrated in your shop. We do not freeze, hold or terminate accounts because of what a licensed retailer legally sells.
